User Experience (UX) Design

Usability, accessibility, and wayfinding.

Our user experience (UX) approach encapsulates a user-centric approach to interface design, interaction design, performance and accessibility. All four of these areas are crucial in delivering user journeys that are as free from friction as possible - they are symbiotic necessities for happy users! Neglecting any one of these will result in a poorer UX - for example, an interface that is visually rich and engaging but takes upwards of 20 seconds to load will have your visitors bouncing immediately and cursing your site within seconds.

UX takes centre stage towards the end of our discovery process. We explore and define user personas, develop user stories, and agree what denotes a successful outcome with you in a highly collaborative workshop environment.

When you first engage with the interactive prototype we develop for you, you’ll understand what this phase is all about!

Get in touch and we can tell you more! A relaxed friendly chat will help you understand whether we might be able to help you more.
